When you make a booking with Naked Cocktails you agree to accept our Terms and Conditions as detailed below:

 

1. Your Booking: 

 

a) We will agree booking details via phone or email. The booking details will include:

-       Venue address

-       Postcode

-       Date and time of the cocktail lesson

-       Confirmed cocktail choices

-       Deposit amount

-       Full payment amount and date it is due.

 

b) To confirm your booking, you will need to pay a non-refundable £50 deposit. This will go towards the final payment amount. As soon as this payment is in our account, we will send you a booking confirmation email.

 

c) If any details in this confirmation email are incorrect please contact us as soon as possible. It will be your sole responsibility to ensure the details on the booking confirmation are correct.

 

2. Payment:

 

a) The full payment is due 10 days prior to the date of the event. We will send a reminder to you prior to this date if payment hasn’t been made.

 

b) In the event that the full payment hasn’t been made 7 days prior to your event, Naked Cocktails reserves the right to cancel your booking.

 

3. Cancellations and Refund Policy:

 

a) Your deposit amount is non refundable.  As a gesture of good will, we may be able to forward the deposit on to a future booking with Naked Cocktails. This must be used within 90 days of the original party.

 

b) If you cancel with more than 7 days notice of the party date, the full amount, excluding the deposit, will be refunded back to you.

 

c) If you cancel with less than 7 days notice of the party date no refund will be offered.

4. Booking amendments:  

 

a) If you have already made a booking and wish to make any changes (Cocktail choices, number of guests, date/location of party and any other), Naked Cocktails reserve the right to charge you any difference in rate. 

 

b) If you do wish to make any changes to your booking, please let us know as soon as is conveniently possible for you. We will do our best to change your booking.

 

5. Disclaimer:

 

a) We will make every effort to ensure that for the duration of the booking you will have a fun lesson in a safe environment.

- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, including injury or death, caused through negligent acts during the booking.
